Jim Carrey, left, played Horton the elephant, Carol Burnett voiced Kangaroo and Steve Carell was the mayor of Who-ville. Voicing the CG animated film didn't end up fun and games for Jim Carrey, Steve Carell and Carol Burnett.

'Nine Lives'
Rook and I went to see Nine Lives. Cynthia already saw it and recommended it so I wanted to see what the hype is about, and it is simply a fabulous movie.
I wanted to buy another ticket!

Busy
Just no time to update this site or even to read blogs. Busy. It has been really quiet on this weblog lately. I felt weary and worn out and jet-laggy all week.

My apologies, but I hope you can understand that other work does take priority

'Waiting...'
I saw a screening of 'Waiting...' last saturday. I just have to say I found it simply a gorgeous movie.

The story of the movie is basically like this. Mitch (Daley), a new employee at Shenanigans, a restaurant known for its impossibly cheery staff, is introduced to "The Game," a competition to be the eatery's top waiter.

The soundtrack is fabulous. Very special movie that is defiant and gripping and the direction (by Rob McKittrick) was absolutely amazing.
They pulled it off in spades!
Fresh from the wire
'Horton' ready for a rampage.

'Hustlenomics', Yung Joc's new album
Last Wednesday I downloaded Yung Joc's new album 'Hustlenomics' from iTunes.
This album convinces me, though. I feel silly that I didn't know about this before.
The CD strikes a chord everytime I play it. I did not love it the first time.
